Need a quick, and CuTe Graduation Gift Idea?!!
Here is a FuN DIY gift idea that I made for the {Graduating Girly-s} in my class at church. I LOVE this quote...and thought it would be perfect...so I decided to turn it into framed art.
Sooo...here's what I did:
First I bought some plain ol' 8x10 black frames from Walmart ...removed glass...and spray painted them white. Then after they were dry...I took the edge of some scissors...and scraped the edges of the frame so the white paint would come off...and expose the black. {love the shabby chic look!} Then sprayed a coat of clear spray paint over to seal...
... then replaced glass...hot glued some simple fabric rosettes to the bottom corner...
...and added the quote from President Monson.
So SiMpLe {inexpensive} and CuTe!

We also recently built too...so between the good stresses of that, moving, family and photography...our summer flew lol! But I'm loving every minute of it! ReplyDeleteHi Stacie! I just came across this printable via a google search. I am hoping to pass out little cards of this quote to my relief society as part of my lesson this Sunday. Is there a chance you could email me the file? i think the reason we can't download it or save it is because you might have the settings on your blog set to show your images as a slideshow (can't remember exactly what the option is called in blogger). if you disable that, we might be able to save at lease the photo to our computers and print it ourselves. anywho-- thanks so much for creating this printable! can you email me? thanks! emailinthethickofit@gmail.com
