I was so excited to receive this vinyl "C" in the mail the other day... from Emily @ Piccadilly Peddler!!

What a sweetie she is!! And... I LOVE IT!! I am very happy with the quality of her vinyl...and it was super easy to apply. She also included step-by-step instructions! Thank you Emily...I am definitely pleased! :)

DIY Monogram Art!

Check out this FaBuLouS art idea from Are We There Yet?! Sara used blank canvases and made freezer paper stencils! Wouldn't this look AWESOME on a mantel?!!

{LooK WhAt i DiD} Art Display!

Here is a FuN art display idea for your kiddos! First I took a square cupboard door...sanded and painted it...then sanded and stained the edges with {Minwax} Dark Walnut stain. Then I bought an over sized clothes pin... used Mod Podge to attach scrapbook paper to one side...wiped black and brown ink on the edges {for a distressed look}...then tied with a ribbon. Then used E-6000 to glue it to my cupboard door.
Then I added the vinyl words...drilled two holes in the top...and used wire to hang!

THat's It!!

So FuN...and very easy for little hands to hang up ... and show off their favorite creations!

DIY Travel Play Kitchen!

How CuTe is this?!! I came across this @ Frugal Family Fun Blog where Valerie made this AdoRaBle little play kitchen for her girls to play with outside, or to take to Grandma's! Also, LoVe how you can fold it up and store it, when it's not in play! :)

DIY Photo Art!

Here is a FuN photo art idea that I made for my sons room!

I took this pic of him...and sent it into Costco to have it enlarged to a 20x30 which cost only $8.99! {LoVe the price...and how it turned out!}

Then I went to the dollar store, and bought a piece of foam board which happen to be the same size of my pic. {20x30} ...and bought some of this spray adhesive @ Walmart. {If you don't want that large of a picture...just cut the foam board down to the size you need... with a box cutter or exact-o knife.}

Then... I sprayed the foam board with the adhesive giving it a good, even, thin coat...




Then stuck the picture on ...and smoothed with my arms {because my fingers were sticky} starting from the center pressing to the outer edges trying to eliminate any air bubbles...then let completely dry.

And there ya have it!

Such a FuN and {inexpensive} way to add a personal touch to any room!

The Temple Block is AdoRaBle...and only cost about $2 to make...and...The Family FOREVER Board was done right on a cabinet door! {LOVE CUPBOARD doOr crafts!!} Wouldn't these be perfect for YW , RS Night, or make a FaBuLouS Christmas Gift?!!
